Refund and Exchange policy
Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. At MyPlaques, we do our best to provide the most accurate product descriptions we can. Each product page has a size guide that you can refer to along with product specifications.
If you have any problem regarding the product kindly mail us at email@example.com We will try our best to assist you and arrange a refund or a return.
Important things to note:
- Refunds/Replacements will only be granted when there has been a damage in Transit or the goods are found to be not as per the description provided.
- Each piece is Made to Order, hence we cannot issue a refund/replacement once the order has been shipped from our end.
- We cannot allow changes to any orders once placed as it's an automated process of fulfillment. We will try to make the changes if requested, however there is no guarantee that the same will be done.
Returns/ Replacements (only accepted under the following circumstances):
- Damaged Product / Manufacturers Defect
- Not As Described
- Product Lost in Transit
